The idea for Indigotex began when co-founder Satendra Singh joined the MTech program in Textile Chemical Processing at IIT Delhi, working under Professor Bhupendra Singh Butola.
Indigotex was incorporated as a deep-tech company from the Department of Textile & Fibre Engineering at IIT Delhi.
After four years of R&D, our patented dyeing process was filed — preserving wool’s mechanical integrity while achieving authentic indigo shades.
Three product categories launched: IndiWool Functional, IndiWool Naturals, and IndiWool Heritage Premium — covering fashion through defence.
Our waterless, chemical-free finishing technology was validated through third-party LCA — achieving significant water and energy savings.
Entering global B2B markets with pilot partnerships across fashion, home textiles, defence and workwear sectors.
